Shipping policy
Order processing can take up to 2 business days and does not include the shipping speed chosen at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (unless Saturday Delivery is your chosen shipping method). All products on the website are subject to availability and we will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Products that are out of stock during fulfillment will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct Recipient Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number for their orders. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the Shipping Name or Shipping Address. Any orders fulfilled with the incorrect Name or Shipping Address is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not bare the responsibility when incorrect shipping details are given to us.
Major changes to shipments details such as the address while the package is enroute can cause major delays. It is imperative that the correct shipment details are provided while placing your order to ensure the package is delivered properly. If an address change is initiated by us, there will be fees associated with rerouting and/or resending the package.
Once the order confirmation has been received via email, the sale is final and cannot be changed. We automatically begin processing your order once it is received in our system. Exchanges and refunds are available for non undergarment items.
