RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE 
There are NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on sale and clearance merchandise. The Sale is Final.

UNDERWEAR, G-STRINGS, JOCKS & C-STRAPS 
Due to the nature of the product, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on Underwear. This includes Boxers, Boxer Briefs, Briefs, Thongs, Jockstraps, G-Strings, etc. The Sale is Final.

ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE 
All other merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with original labels intact. 

There is no RMA needed for this, just send it in. Please be sure to reference your original order number.

All returns and exchanges for non undergarment items must be postmarked within 30 days from delivery of your order. Please ship to the address below:

Once the order confirmation has been received via email, the sale is final and cannot be changed. We automatically begin processing your order once it is received in our system. Exchanges and refunds are avaliable for non undergarment items.
