**Holiday Shipping Update**
Due to increased demand during the holiday season, shipping delays may occur. Rest assured, we are working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders placed on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day. If not, processing will continue on the next business day. Order processing can take up to 2 business days and does not include the shipping speed chosen at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (unless Saturday Delivery is your chosen shipping method). All products on the website are subject to availability and we will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct Name and Shipping Address for their orders. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the Shipping Name or Shipping Address. Any orders fulfilled with the incorrect Name or Shipping Address is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once the order confirmation has been received via email, the sale is final and cannot be changed. We automatically begin processing your order once it is received in our system. Exchanges and refunds are available for non undergarment items.
